To help realize this dream, KAM Coastal is crafting a Master Plan for the church to help them map out their long-term goals. Together, we’re merging our development expertise with the church leadership’s vision for an inspiring, future-oriented space.
Potential Results
In partnership with a group of investors, KAM Coastal is orchestrating the purchase and planned transformation of a 2-acre parcel, thoughtfully carved out from the existing Lighthouse 5-acre church property. This venture is projected to unfold as a meticulously planned, 80-unit apartment complex, designed to harmonize with the surrounding community.
